George E. Shelton
George is the Founder and President of All In Mortgage. He is the man-in-charge, overseeing the entire operations. George handles the Payroll, Accounting, HR, and many other tasks, including the growth of the business. He is a true entrepreneur at heart that cannot sit still!
George broke into the mortgage business with Mortgage Network Solutions (MNS) in 2017, looking for a new challenge. He quickly worked his way into a top loan officer, learning everything he could about the business. George has amazing attention to detail and can understand the most challenging income situations, like finding a needle in a haystack!
Prior to MNS, George was a tax specialist with H&R Block, working his way to District Supervisor. Obviously, this is where George learned how to calculate every type of income. George also served as General Manager of Wawa where he worked from 1992 to 2017. His stores were immaculately clean, and the service was top notch.
George earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management And Services from Immaculata University.
In his spare time, George can be seen all over Southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware, helping his son with his landscaping business. George is a husband and father to Jason and Danielle.

Joe "JoeWoo" Rychalsky has been in the mortgage industry since 2015, when a family friend convinced him to leave corporate America and chart a new path. He doesn't just get people approved, he gets them home. Through smart systems, straight-up communication, and a never give up attitude, Joe has become one of the most trusted loan officers in the region, in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
That service-oriented, never give up attitude has been there since his first lemonade stand at age six. Joe has always been innovating and finding a better way, it is how he's wired.
Before mortgages, Joe spent 20 years in corporate America, starting as a phone representative at First USA Bank and working his way up to senior leadership, building customer-centric programs that improved the entire customer experience. His career spanned the financial, non-profit, technology, and multimedia industries, including Discover Card, The American Red Cross, IPsoft, and Comcast.
Beyond the loan file, Joe is The World's All In Coach and a Personal Brand AI Expert. He is a mindset coach who helps people break through fears and limiting beliefs, an avid firewalker who's guided people across 1,200-degree hot coals for real breakthroughs, an international speaker, and an actor (the ZetaFlex Sponsor role in the 2024 sci-fi thriller Culturegeist). He has been named NMP Most Connected in 2025 and 2026 and an NAMB Influencer of the Year.
Joe's whole life runs on one word — "all in" — which is exactly why the company is named All In Mortgage. Off the clock, Joe is husband to Barbara and father to Kaley and Gavin. From a lemonade stand at six to five arenas today, the rule never changed: whatever it takes. Go all in.

Dan has been in the business for over 20 years as a mortgage professional, a real estate broker, an investor, and a consultant. His vast experience includes finance, residential and commercial real estate, income-producing strategies, leadership and management, mentorship, and training.
Dan has been recognized for exceptional communication, and his diverse background has earned him a reputation for finding creative ways to make things work. Dan is a listener. He prides himself in his ability to fully understand your situation and in tailoring solutions that work for you. In a business where every second matters, Dan is accessible, with a mantra, “I answer my phone when your banker does not."

Dan’s first passion is his family and his second is cooking. He spends his time outside the office coaching youth sports and trying new and innovative ways to spread happiness at the dinner table. His range spans from barbecue to fine dining, and his signature dish is penne alla vodka. He’s the 2010 grand champion of the Garry Maddox / Stephen Starr Barbeque Challenge at Citizen’s Bank Park.
